Our rental package includes the bounce house, delivery, setup, and takedown. We ensure that the inflatable is clean and in good condition for your event. We tarp the designated no shoe area to keep our guests feet dry and clean.

Safety is our top priority. Our bounce houses are designed with reinforced seams, anchor points, and meet industry safety standards. We provide clear safety guidelines, including weight limits and rules for use. Every unit will be anchored to the ground with stakes or sandbags.

You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

The space required depends on the specific bounce house rented. As a general guideline for standard Bounce Houses a 50×50 area and for our Obstacle Courses 75×75 area to ensure there is enough space for the inflatable with some clearance around it. Prior to inflating units our team will discuss with you on the ideal setup area. It’s essential to have a flat surface and access to a power source within 100 feet.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

This contract, after signing, is a legal and binding contract. To cancel or reschedule, sufficient notice must be given – at least 48 hours prior to start of your event. Cancellation of event with less than 48 hour notice forfeits entire deposit. Cancellation after set-up has begun forfeits any refund. Postponement of event with at least 1-week notice may entitle you to use all or part of your deposit towards a timely rescheduled event at our discretion. Any rescheduled event is subject to availability of activities at the time of notification of postponement.
